Packaging
All parcels sent within the UK and Europe are sent in plain packaging with no mention of contents.
International parcels have to be sent with a Customs Declaration sticker attached which will describe the contents as "Clothing".
Address labels will have a Return to Sender address of 'The Bainbridge & Boston Co Ltd.'

Postage and Delivery
Our Delivery Charge is only 99p per order regardless of how many items you order.
All parcels are dispatched using Royal Mail First Class.
Exceptions are made for large value orders whereby the parcel has to be signed for on delivery.
We accept special delivery instructions on the order form, and will liaise with you where necessary to ensure satisfactory delivery.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds or exchanges will be accepted in the case of faulty or damaged items, or if the item is unopened in it's original packaging.
Unfortunately, due to hygenic reasons, we cannot accept returned items that have been opened.
For undamaged returns, it is the customer's responsibility to pay the postage.
To qualify for a refund, undamaged items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Orders by Phone
We are happy to take orders by phone (01923 221116) if online ordering is inconvenient or not possible. Our opening times are between 9am and 5pm from Monday to Friday, and 9am to 1pm on a Saturday. You will need to quote the product code(s) of the item(s) you wish to order.

Ordering Online
Only when you have proceeded from the Shopping Cart to the checkout and pressed the 'Place Order' button is the order submitted and processed.
At any point before that you are able to abort the order by simply leaving the website. Alternatively, you can return to the Shopping Cart and empty or change the cart if you wish to revise or remove your order.

Payment
All major credit and debit cards are accepted, and all transactions are processed through a secure server.
Deductions are *only* made from cards immediately prior to the goods being dispatched.
